Your Agreement With ba11

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ba11 ("ba11", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ba11.io. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered on the ba11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ba11 platform and close your account.

Your access to and use of the ba11 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is demonstrated by any of the following actions: completing the ba11 account registration process; depositing funds into your ba11 account; placing a wager on any casino game or sports betting market; or continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions has taken effect.

ba11 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, ba11 will publish the revised Terms & Conditions on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the ba11 platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on ba11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ba11 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Registration, deposits, and wagering by individuals under 21 is absolutely prohibited.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person for the purpose of circumventing these terms.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ba11 by ba11's responsible gaming or compliance team.
• Your use of the ba11 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Each player may hold only one (1) ba11 account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances. If you discover or suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact ba11 support immediately.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping that information up to date at all times. ba11 reserves the right to request verification documents — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba11 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activities conducted through your ba11 account are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify ba11 support without delay.

ba11 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. ba11 does not currently impose a maximum single deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All funds deposited into your ba11 account must originate from a payment account or banking facility that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members, friends, or business entities — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of deposited funds to the payment source.

• ba11 does not charge platform-side fees on any deposit transaction. Fees charged by your mobile financial service or bank are outside ba11's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your ba11 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposit funds may only be used for wagering on ba11's available casino and sports betting products.
• ba11 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ba11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed ba11's identity verification process ("KYC") to ba11's satisfaction. ba11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding will be placed on hold until those requirements are satisfied.

ba11 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ba11 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if requirements are not met within the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless ba11 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. Systematic bonus exploitation, including the use of automated software, coordinated multi-account strategies, or arbitrage betting, is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• ba11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on ba11's casino games and sports betting markets are final once confirmed by the platform. ba11 will not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse any confirmed wager except in the specific circumstances described below. Players accept full responsibility for the accuracy of each bet placed, including the selection of the correct market, odds, and stake amount.

For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — ba11 applies the rules of the relevant governing body where applicable. Specific settlement rules for each sport and market type are published in the ba11 Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

ba11 reserves the right to void bets and/or withhold winnings in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was accepted as a result of a technical error, including incorrect odds or market descriptions.
• Where there is evidence that the player had access to information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed.
• Where the event outcome is subject to an official investigation, protest, or disqualification by the relevant sporting authority.
• Where the bet was placed in violation of any provision of this Agreement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and attempting to withdraw them as gaming proceeds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by ba11. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors are void.
• Impersonating another player, ba11 employee, or any other individual on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language directed at ba11 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ba11's systems, databases, or the accounts of other players.

ba11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The ba11 platform is designed exclusively for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or as a means to address financial difficulties. ba11 encourages all players to set personal limits on deposits, losses, and session time through the account settings area.

Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others should use ba11's self-exclusion facility, which allows voluntary suspension of account access for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted to ba11 support will be actioned within 24 hours. Players may also refer to the ba11 Responsible Gaming page for additional guidance, self-assessment tools, and support resources.

ba11's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ba11 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and accept the ba11 Privacy Policy.

ba11 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Player financial information, including payment method details and transaction history, is stored in accordance with applicable data security standards. ba11 will never sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba11 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ba11 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from service interruptions.

ba11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ba11 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability — particularly during high-traffic events such as BPL finals and T20 World Cup fixtures — ba11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ba11's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ba11 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable laws, modifications to platform features, and updates to payment processing arrangements. Revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Where ba11 determines that an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects a player's rights or obligations — ba11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through on-platform messaging or email communication. Your continued use of ba11 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.

You may close your ba11 account at any time by contacting ba11 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your cash wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your primary payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ba11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a period specified by ba11.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.

Where ba11 closes an account due to a breach of this Agreement, ba11 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity will not be returned.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your ba11 account or any transaction, you must first contact ba11 customer support at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) and allow ba11 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. ba11 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
